Pirbright Parish Council objects to this application because, while we do not oppose an extension to this property, we consider that it is too large and have concerns about the impact on the sunlight and daylight to the property to the north. If this application is approved, we would request conditions banning working on Sundays and Bank Holidays and requiring obscure glass in the 3rd floor dormer window, which would otherwise overlook the neighbouring houses in Cowbridge Meadow.
